Overview
Name: Ivory City
Access Location: Keyway path C75
District Count: 5
Populated: Yes
Description: Ivory City is a collection of districts situated in an unknown point in time, and is a part of what is generally believed to be a defunct timeline.
The city itself has a dark and dingy exterior, and resembles a somewhat altered-reality version of Victorian London with steampunk-ish detail.
Brass pipes run in every conceivable direction, either singularly or in groups as large as ten in any one instance. Various steam vents also accompany the pipelines - the activity and stability of which is, at best, questionable, much like the pipes themselves.
The city is also subject to an ever-increasing anart scene, which primarily takes the form of neon Glitch graffiti along walls of larger structures. The effects of the anart is usually harmless, but is mostly used to ward off anyone who might accidentally stumble into the city.
Name: Brooke Allison Winters
Alias(es): 'One of the first people you see if you survive a containment breach'
Affiliation: Foundation
Role: Site-43 Medical Ward Physician
Played By: This Is War
Phys. Description: Brooke is a woman of an average height and a slightly curvaceous build, standing at 5'6" and weighing a little over 137lbs.
Her skin is pale despite having grown up in Australia, and is dotted with an innumerable amount of freckles. Her auburn hair is often unkempt due to its incredibly frizzy nature, and is usually tied back in a messy ponytail. When straight, her hair reaches down to the small of her back.
First thing often noticed about Brooke is her livid green eyes and rather large albeit kindly smile, though in general she tends to be incredibly expressive, and most states of mind and thought have a particular and easily-recognised expression to accompany them.
Usually seen wearing standard blue medical scrubs, over which she wears an immaculately-kept doctor's coat.
Background: Brooke is a woman born into the Foundation itself, having both her parents working under Site-43's departments, one having been a Containment Specialist, the other, a Field Agent.
Raised in the town close to the Site, she was a well-educated child, having been provided with plenty of opportunity to study the sciences throughout her youth, being raised a Foundationite.
Sources of information for this education ranged from knowledge from her parents, to numerous textbooks and encyclopedias she was able to get her hands on.
When she was of age, she joined the Foundation's Internal Educations Program (IEP), in which she specifically studied medical science, medical abnormalities tied to the anomalous, and memetic influences.
This was a time in her life that brought a lot of pressure, both from her parents wanting her to become an employee, and the Foundation itself with their high standards for MDs.
It was definitely a point in time that led to a lot of sleepless nights and a massive need for just about every fluid ounce of coffee on-site that she could get a hold of, and quite frankly she would much rather not talk about it.
With time, patience, and far, far too many all-nighters to be considered healthy, she was able to pass her required Trials and Examinations, and eventually landed herself with a respectable set of degrees, and, of course, her title of 'MD'. If you ask her about it, she'll tell you that 'whether it was worth it or not is questionable.'
In her time working for the Foundation, she has, quote, "Seen a lot of shit." She has seen just about every type of injury you can think of, and a few you probably can't.
She has also seen a fair amount of deaths, despite the site supposedly being a safe one.
Profile: Although outwardly kind in appearances, Brook is a woman who takes her duties incredibly seriously, given her line of work. She tends to be very serious, cool-tempered and level-headed, and has seldom ever been seen to crack under pressure while working.
On the rare occasions she's outside of her workplace, she's calm, collected and quiet, though wouldn't hesitate to take part in a joke or two, and has been known to be rather rambunctious with a few drinks in her.
She can also turn quite chatty at times if she feels there is no need to keep up stern appearances, and has been known to be rather conversational with patients.
This in itself is also a means of keeping the patient fairly relaxed as well, allowing for her work to be done more efficiently.
She also tends to be a particularly soft-hearted woman despite her calm and otherwise unfazed facade, as demonstrated by a number of different incidents involving personnel deaths.

Facts & Trivia
- There hasn't been much to confirm this, but rumour says she documents the name of each and every patient she has lost in a personal logbook, along with a small comment about that person.
- Whenever she isn't working she will more than likely take the opportunity to listen to music. She seldom shares the contents of her playlist, however, though she has been noted to occasionally hum to the tune of various songs by Imagine Dragons.
