Name: Dr. Lily Ollivander
Affiliation: Foundation
Role: Senior Assistant, Programming and Computer Engineering
Played By: HammerH
Phys. Description: Lily Ollivander could easily be compared to a floor lamp. She is short and waifish, standing only 158 cm tall and weighing a minuscule 45 kg. Her full head of blonde hair is very bushy, and splays out around her, past her shoulders, like a lampshade. This appearance is not aided by the fact that she primarily wears only shades of yellow and white beneath her lab coat. Her chosen style of clothing is long, narrow dresses with thigh-high stockings underneath, giving her a look of innocence.
This tiny woman bears pale skin, indicative of a life spent in-doors. Her face fits the smallness of her stature, with it's small, pointed chin, a blade-like nose, and high cheekbones. She, unfortunately bears terrible eyesight as well, to the point of actually being legally blind. If she is not wearing her glasses, the world is just a smear of color. Her glasses are designed to handle this handicap, and, as a result, make her eyes appear massive, thereby dominating her face.
Lily has a kind of stationary uncertainty in her mannerisms, always managing to stand in the most awkward spot in the room, and then fail to move until after being noticed. Whenever she's near a solid object, her hands seem to find the surface of that object and hold to it, like she were steadying herself on it, as though unseen winds mind blow her away. She has no sense of social procedure, and will often say strange things or stare at a person for an extended period of time during conversation. All in all, she is a very awkward person, but she always gives people the impression that she is extremely intelligent, and even those who consider themselves geniuses get a feeling that this tiny floor lamp of a person might know more than them, even when that's not the case.
Background: Lily's life has been one forever steeped in the anomalous, from the day she was born to the present day.
The Ollivander household was one of several families in a small town in the New England region of the United States of America who made up a cult known as the Abarticular Eden. This small cult had managed to get their hands on several artifacts displaying anomalous traits, and used them to create a small, altered reality in an old abandoned church, until a secondary group, known as the Seekers of Icons, came and destroyed the location, taking the artifacts for themselves and leaving Lily an orphan.
She soon after found herself in an orphanage. This orphanage had been built on an old graveyard, and, as a result, had a basement filled with what an average person would refer to as spirits of the dead. Many of her fellow orphans, and even their keepers, were fearful of this area, but Lily, acquainted as she was with the impossible, dove in without fear, and began learning from these spirits. During this period is when she began displaying her incredible intelligence, and began pulling away in school, learning faster than her teachers could honestly keep up.
She entered into a prestigious college at the early age of 16, and, through careful manipulation of those around her, directed people into a new, rising group, unified only by the thoroughfare that is the phrase "Are We Cool Yet?" With Lily's in depth knowledge of the anomalous, she was able to acquire a constant stream of artifacts for the group, though this was mostly for her own entertainment and education, and she never took a position of power in the group, or even allowed people to know that it was partly her doing that brought the group into existence.
After a run in with the foundation when she was 18, where she got dosed with amnestic after being teleported to Brazil, she discovered that there was a much larger world of the anomalous than she had known. Somehow, she had avoided losing her memories of the event due to the mind-wiping drugs, and fully remembered the men and women in lab coats who confiscated every item she had painstakingly put into the hands of the AWCY group.
Though, with renewed purpose, she directed herself once again, and got herself into the Foundation, focusing on a simple field of research: Programming and Computer Engineering. Over her six year career, she had experienced a meteoric rise through the ranks, and has recently been transferred to work directly with the head of her department. Though, she is secretly giddy just to be part of the Foundation, and have so much potential access to anomalous items.
Profile: A quiet girl with a nervous air to her. She looks like she has seen ghosts and then chose to not walk away from them, which is an entirely accurate assessment of her life. In spite of her tiny frame and awkwardness, she has some kind of bravery to her. She might be uncertain and skittish as she stands there, watching, but she will never run. In fact, the only times she has run from something were times when another person was holding her hand and running as they pulled her along.
She has her secrets, including why she is interested in the anomalous as much as she is. Though, these secrets don't seem to affect her behavior as much as they ought to. She remains loyal to the Foundation, and does her work diligently and professionally. She'll even crack a smile and giggle from time to time, befriending those whom she might not even be being honest with.

Aspects
High Concept: Inexplicable Genius
Even from a very young age, Lily has displayed an incredible degree of intelligence, often displaying a grasp of subjects that exceeds that of any person attempting to educate her. She quickly outpaced all of her grade school teachers and was advanced over a grade on two separate occasions. She entered into college at the young age of 16 and graduated top of her class. Even today, working for the Foundation, there are those who cannot keep up with her intellect, and she quickly has risen to the position of being second in her department only to it's head. Though, this intelligence comes with it's drawbacks, as there are those around her who resent her for outstripping them, and, as a result, she can often make enemies.
Trouble: Socially Awkward Orphan
Lily lost her family at a young age, and has possessed extremely odd mannerisms ever since. As a result, she has no family or friends in her life, and lives alone, only in contact with those who provide her with her anomalous objects and those at the Foundation who she works with. Still, her seclusion makes it very difficult to hurt her. Either you attack her specifically, or you cannot harm her.
Aspect 1: Secrets
Lily has lived a long life, and she has secrets large and small. From the fact that she had a hand in the creation of the group only known as "Are We Cool Yet?" to the fact that she possesses the ability to resist amnestics. She is very effective at hiding things as they come up, and has maintained secrecy even during the acute attention paid her when she was applying for the Foundation. However, there is still a trail left behind her. It would take an extremely broad approach to bring it all together, but there are photographs and records here and there which could illuminate her history, and threaten her present.
Aspect 2: Physically Weak
Waifish and frail, Lily is not the person whom you want on your side in a conflict. She could not take a blow under any circumstances, nor lift anything weighing more than 15 kg. Still, this frailty is often a boon, as she can slip into confined spaces easily, be carried without exhausting the person carrying her. Further, people often underestimate her, and pay her no mind, when conflict is coming.
Aspect 3: Legally Blind
Lily cannot see when she isn't wearing her glasses. The world is literally nothing more than a smear of color when she takes her glasses off. Her glasses are very specifically designed for her eyes, and, if they break, it requires a lot of money to replace them. There isn't really an upside to this.

Foundation Forger: When forging an official document for the Foundation, Lily automatically succeeds at the Crafts roll required to make the document.
